Fortune 500 Business Plan Package: $Call for pricing
To lenders and investors, the project itself consists only of the documents that represent it. What they actually fund is the package of documents. A Fortune 500 caliber business plan must include a Feasibility Study, Marketing Plan, Financial Proforma, and many other sections and materials. These interrelated sections are highly interdependent, and must be developed simultaneously in coordination to ensure effectiveness.
Legal Due Diligence Package: $Varies
Expert packaging and presentation of a complete package of all relevant legal and financial documents, certificates, licenses, contracts and other materials that establish a strong basis for your project. This is the package that the banks and investment funds will review to make their decision. A professionally prepared Legal Due Diligence Package minimizes costs of the funding process, and significantly speeds up the time frame for funding. This package features formal law firm commentaries and explanations for each section of documents, clarifying and highlighting relevant facts for the lenders. Also includes an official memorandum of underwriting conclusions to the funding sources, certifying that the company, proposed project and Legal Due Diligence Package meets their standards and criteria. Preparation of Contracts for Structured Collateral Transactions: $15,000 AND UP**
In cases when a client has already obtained approval from their own lender, and needs to structure a third party collateral enhancement into the loan package, it is essential to have expert coordination of the numerous cross-related contracts involved. Centralized management of this structuring process is critical to avoid many obstacles and ensuring successful funding results. Global Project Financing Group´s licensed attorneys with decades of experience in structured collateral financing transactions will review, prepare and negotiate the full collection of interrelated contracts among and between the client, third party investor-depositor, collateral provider, issuing bank and lending bank.
VIP Full Support Package:
The VIP Full Support package, provided by Global Project Financing Group´s International Law Firm, is tangible work delivered to the client as material documents of independent commercial value. If you hire an international management consulting firm and an international law firm, this work usually costs $175,000. We deliver the same work, with improved results due to cooperation with funding sources and direct experience in financing.
The maximum package for Full Preparation (Fortune 500 Business Plan + Legal Due Diligence Package + Structured Contracts) costs $40,000-$90,000**. If the client already has a professionally prepared business plan that contains most of the requirements, we provide a reduced Completion and Refinement package for $25,000 - $40,000**. For companies or projects that qualify, Global Project Financing Group can arrange a government subsidy that will substantially reduce these costs. The type of package required and the availability of a subsidy is determined after receiving the application during the initial Application and Confirmation Process.
