We have the ability of funding a wide variety of loan programs including, conduit, small balance, portfolio, construction, credit tenant lease, bridge, mezzanine loans and a Fannie Mae type product.
The major highlights some of the funding programs are as follows:
Conduit Small Balance:
$1,000,000 to $5,000,000
Limited documentation and reduced underwriting for this program. Designed for the borrower who wants a more traditional institutional underwriting process
Traditional Conduit:
$2,000,000 to $150,000,000
Competitive pricing for 5, 7, 10 and 15 year term loans. Loans up to 80% LTV for multifamily, office buildings, flagged hotels, anchored retail and other qualified property types.
Mezzanine Loans on Conduit Products:
Loans up to 90% of value. $250,000 minimum mezzanine amount. For properties with senior loans greater than $5,000,000
Offered if lender does senior loan. Increases of 5% on an exception basis. No additional underwriting required.
Credit Tenant Lease:
Investment Grade, Sub Investment Grade and even Non Investment Grade considered. Minimum loan amount of $2,000,000
This is a unique loan program for investment and non-investment grade single tenant properties. Borrower credit and property issues generally not a problem. Loans up to 100% of value. Construction to perm loans available on a case by case basis.
Traditional Commercial and Multi-Family Loan Programs:
Loan amounts from $500,000 to $50,000,000
Multiple competitively priced fixed and floating rate programs available with terms up to 30 years. Many program options available including fixed to floating programs. Generally recourse but limited and non-recourse programs available.
90% Program:
Portfolio product, Quick Close, limited property analysis. Credit score driven $100,000 to $1,000,000
Limited to commercial, Multi family and certain special property types.
Stated Income Program #1:
From $250,000 to $1,000,000

We welcome the opportunity to review a copy of your summary or business plan. Upon receipt of your document(s) we will review and respond normally within three days although sometimes we can respond within a few hours.
In general potential clients should be prepared to submit a full package if we respond positively and want to continue further with your transaction.
The supporting documents typically requested for a full package are as follows:
1. Executive Summary / Business Plan / Feasibility Study
2. Use of Funds Illustration
3. Last 3 Years Financial Statements Audited (if applicable)
4. Cash Flow Projection (5 years)
5. Profit & Loss Projections (5 years)
