If you are a procuring broker who is working DIRECTLY with your client, we can help you with submitting a project for funding. We do not allow the daisy chains-under any circumstances.
Please follow these easy guidelines:
Read the Global Project Financing´s Manual first you may download it here. Right Click "Save As”
1. "Fill out our NCND. We will send back you duly executed and signed. WE only need one.
2. Fill out our Commission Agreement -must be submitted with each project without any changes. Choose save target as, and it will save to your hard drive in Word Format. We will also sign and send back to you. **This must accompany EVERY file you send.
3. Have the client sign and date a Client NCND. This is different from the one you submit to GPFG for being a broker. This one has a place for you to sign-then you send to GPFG for Corporate stamp and return to the Client.
4. Have the client sign and date a consulting agreement. Corporate will also affix seal and send back to you for your client.
5. Have the client sign and date Addendum A this ensures payment of commissions in the end. Corporate will affix a seal and send back to you for your client.
6. Use the Disclaimer and send to the client. Copy the top part to your email signature, save in your companys name if you wish.
7. Give the client a copy of the FAQs
8. Send the Business plan and/or the executive summary. May be in MSWord, PDF ---no power point presentations.
9. Submit as many of these documents as you can that pertain to the parties loan request. WinZip them.
Save with your name and clients name and date. example: [JohnSmith]CongoResort[08-01-09]
10. We do not accept faxed copies of executive summaries, business plans or financial statements. All paperwork shall be submitted electronically to Global Project Financing Group, LLC. It must be clear, scanned at least at 150 dpi in full color. No smeared or illegible copies will be accepted. ***All paperwork must be legible, clear and in full color-remember its going to the bank, we want their "Best Foot Forward".
11. If you wish to be paid, we must have the required W-9 from you or your company if you reside and do business in the US. Please go here to download W-9 Form and mail to us. (Right Click) You may scan it and email.

Download all the files for Clients Only in ONE Winzip package here right click "save as" **Keep this on your hard drive and just email in its entirety to your clients.
Too many blunders make borrowers leery and shy. Too many brokers not understanding make borrowers nervous. Know the language of banking, see the dictionary here, it will help, memorize it.
Realize that a lot of people are visionaries, and in those cases, usually the loan will never be made-it is a pipe dream. Also, realize that some good projects go un-noticed because people don't see the long picture and don't try to get creative.
